Saturday November 21, 2015 - Colour Purple Ride

Ride Organiser: Terry Dowling
Organiser's Email: morgan4four@yahoo.com.au
Organiser's Mobile No: 0414 730 970
Ride style: Social
Terrain: Mainly Flat
Estimated Distance: 45 kms+
Start Point: Maylands, Narrows - South Side
Start Time: Maylands 7:30, Narrows 8:00

We did have an Ellenbrook ride scheduled but we've realised that November 21 is the Jacaranda Festival and the peak of the Jacaranda blossoms...so Terry is going to lead us on the "Colour Purple Ride" and we'll re-schedule the Ellenbrook ride for December 5th.

Terry's suggestion is as follows:-

"The route I’m thinking is a little convoluted, but is basically: Ride along Tweedale and Matheson, cross Canning Hway at Cunningham, go up Wireless Hill, return to foreshore, head towards Freo for a bit more distance (turnaround at roundabout near golf course near Point Walter?), coffee at Toscanini near Canning Bridge?"
